Tyson Ross predicts 2015 no-hitter for the Padres
Ask any Padres fan and they'll tell ya that 2015 is shaping up to be the most hyped year the team has had in a long time.
They replaced the entire outfield, adding All-Star Matt Kemp and former AL Rookie of the Year Wil Myers and All-Star Justin Upton. Then they got themselves an All-Star catcher in Derek Norris. And to top it all off, they signed SoCal native Big Game James Shields.
With the new ace in town, first order of business was setting the bar high, apparently because Shields challenged his fellow Padres starters to throw a no-hitter this season. Tyson Ross one-upped him by predicting that one of the Padres starters would in fact throw the first no-no in franchise history.
