Cubs fan's wondrous leg tattoos are the definition of art

What is art? Scholars, critics and college sophomores have been struggling with that question for generations. All could agree, however, that this Cubs fan's wondrous Chicago-themed leg tattoos are, by any measure, art.


Look at that: a swift breeze rolling through the Windy City; the Willis Tower set in front of a surrealistic sunset; the Cubs logo hovering somewhere over Lake Michigan.
