Great Dane in full uniform wins Astros Dog Day
On Sunday afternoon, the Astros welcomed fans and their four-legged best friends to the ballpark for their annual Dog Day. And because they know that the best thing other than baseball are dogs in funny outfits, the team held a pre-game parade with a costume contest. So we were able to see pugs dressed in their Sunday finest:
Even better than finding pugs dressed in brunching outfits, the Astros may have discovered their next big prospect in a uniformed Great Dane, complete with a pants-hole for their tail.

While this particularly large pup's paws clearly have 30-home run potential, there is some concern that they could become distracted by a pitcher willing to doctor the baseball with bacon grease. But that's a trade-off any team must be willing to make.
