Happy 40th birthday to Johnny Damon -- here's his ALCS Game 7 Grand Slam
Happy 40th birthday to Johnny Damon - who rocked the caveman look before it was cool.
Yes, Damon played for seven different teams over the course of his 18-year career, but arguably his most iconic moment came during the 2004 ALCS between the Yankees and Red Sox.
Damon added an exclamation to Boston's epic comeback with two homers in Game 7, including the second-inning grand slam above.
The outfielder joined the Yankees in 2006, helping them win World Series title No. 27 in 2009 - and becoming one of only a few players to earn a ring with both New York and Boston in the process.
