At the end of an inning, outfielders will often toss a baseball into the stands to give the fans a nice souvenir. Usually, the colors on the jersey don't matter much; although, a visiting player will occasionally try to find a fan of his team. But sometimes, the visitors take the opportunity to do a bit of trolling.
On Saturday, during a matchup between the Blue Jays and Yankees, outfielder Jose Bautista gestured toward the Yankee Stadium outfield and made like he was going to throw a ball into the stands.
Oh, you just got burned by Joey Bats.
Recognizing that this might lead to some hefty taunting in the remaining innings, Bautista returned in the following inning bearing gifts:
