Yes, you can watch baseball like you're a god gazing down upon mortals who play only for your personal amusement. All you have to do is take an elevator three stories to an observation deck, where you can see the field on one end and the city of Sapporo on the other. Three stories may not seem like much, so here's a picture of the deck:
