Want to live inside a ballpark? Move to Indianapolis -- the future home of Stadium Lofts

Meet your new dream home: Bush Stadium. The city of Indianapolis plans to repurpose the long-empty minor league landmark -- the former home of the Indianapolis Indians -- into Stadium Lofts, a swanky apartment complex.

No, residents won't be occupying stalls inside the upper-deck men's room, nor signing leases on spacious abandoned deep-fryers (admittedly, we're not sure if this is a plus or a minus). The inside of the stadium will be essentially gutted, though the developers will preserve the original exterior structure to maintain the look of a ballpark. The field's grass will also be restored and its diamond recreated in concrete.

Apartments are expected to rent for as low as $599 a month. If you're looking to maximize your time at the ballpark, this could be the best thing since season tickets.
