Yanks clinch AL East mid-game, crowd cheers and A-Rod looks confused
It's a strange phenomenom when a team clinches a division title in the middle of a game.
But on Wednesday night, when the Orioles lost to the Rays, the Yanks (who were playing the Red Sox at The Stadium) clinched the AL East. Everyone in the ballpark seemed to be watching the out-of-town scoreboard and let out a loud cheer once Tampa recorded the final out. Everyone except A-Rod. He was up at-bat and just looked ... confused.
