Young Red Sox fans reunite, continue melting hearts

Fact: 12-year-old Red Sox fan Ryan conquered 2014. From his heart-melting foul ball giveaway to his GIBBY award win, he approached Madison Bumgarner-levels of dominance.
Fact: Ryan isn't slowing down in 2015.
Back in September, Ryan was handed a foul ball during a Red Sox game but instead of keeping the souvenir, he gave it to the young girl sitting behind him. "I thought it's a nice thing," Ryan said at the time. "It's good to … make people happy."

Then in December, hot off of his Greatness in Baseball Yearly award win for Cut4 Topic of the Year, Ryan told CNN that one of his New Year's resolutions for 2015 was to meet up with Reese, the recipient of his kind gesture.
Well, less than a month into the year, Ryan can cross that one off of his list:
