LOS ANGELES -- Dodgers pitcher Bud Norris allowed one run in 5 2/3 innings in a Saturday night rehab start for Class A Advanced Rancho Cucamonga.
Norris, eligible to come off the disabled list Tuesday, is likely to return to the Dodgers' rotation to take the place of Brandon McCarthy, who left his Saturday start for the Dodgers after 1 2/3 innings with what the club announced was right hip stiffness.
McCarthy, who has made seven starts since returning from Tommy John surgery, said he expects to go on the disabled list.

Norris allowed four hits with four strikeouts and one walk, throwing 59 pitches for the win over Visalia.
