Left-hander Gio Gonzalez will start the first game of the doubleheader against right-hander Anthony DeSclafani. Jeremy Hellickson will take the ball in Game 2 against Matt Harvey, with first pitch at 7:05 p.m. ET

This will open up a tough stretch for the Nationals, where they will play two doubleheaders in the span of four days on Saturday and another doubleheader scheduled for Tuesday against the Braves. Washington hopes the tough schedule will not stifle its recent hot streak, as the Nats have won three in a row and six of their past eight games.
