Twins announce makeup dates for postponed games

The Twins on Monday announced the makeup dates for this weekend's three postponed games against the White Sox at Target Field.

Friday's contest will be played on June 5 at 3:10 p.m. CT as part of a traditional doubleheader, and that will include Sunday's scheduled Jackie Robinson Day celebration, as well as a Brian Dozier and Byron Buxton T-Shirt giveaway to the first 10,000 fans.

Twins' rainout policy

Saturday's game is scheduled for Sept. 28 at 1:10 p.m. as part of a split doubleheader, with the nightcap at 7:10 p.m. The Twins' Plaid Flap Cap giveaway will also be moved to the early game on Sept. 28.

And Sunday's series finale will be made up on a mutual off-day for Chicago and Minnesota, Aug. 20 at 6:10 p.m.

Fans can exchange the value of their original tickets for tickets to a future Twins regular-season game in 2018. Tickets to the April 14-15 games can also be used as admission into the rescheduled games on Sept. 28 and Aug. 20, respectively.
