Hats Off Their Heads

Hats Off Their Heads presented by Blue Shield of California, gives fans the opportunity to bid on Padres autographed, game-used or team-issued, official Fourth of July caps from your favorite players. Bidding opens Tuesday, July 8 at 10 AM PT and concludes on Sunday, July 13 at 8 PM PT. All net proceeds will benefit Workshops for Warriors.

Headquartered in San Diego, Workshops for Warriors has created the only advanced manufacturing training pipeline for veterans in the nation. Their mission is to enable veterans and transitioning service members, at no cost to themselves, to be trained and certified in 16 weeks and placed in their chosen advanced manufacturing career field. Thousands of Veterans and Transitioning Service Members are now earning a living wage as welders, fabricators, Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machinists, 3D Printers, CNC mill and CNC lathe operators, Machinery Repair Technicians, Robotic Programmers, Computer-aided designers and CNC programmers thanks to this one-of-a-kind program.
