Twins Community Fund Youth Baseball & Softball Clinics

Twins Community Fund Youth Baseball & Softball Clinics are presented in partnership with Great River Energy.

For more than 60 years, the Twins Community Fund has been bringing free youth baseball and softball clinics to communities across Twins Territory. All summer long, we hit the road every weekend to bring the fun and fundamentals of baseball and softball to kids across the Upper Midwest who want to play!

These clinics are FREE for kids to attend and FREE for communities to host, thanks to funding from the Twins Community Fund and Great River Energy. Our Minnesota Twins Youth Clinicians provide two hours of fundamental instruction for kids ages 6-12 in a fun and positive atmosphere. Clinics are open to kids of all abilities who want to play baseball and softball, including those who do not have any playing experience.

Our 2024 clinic season has concluded. Check back in the spring to see our 2025 schedule and find a free clinic near you!

Want to host a Twins Community Fund Youth Clinic in your community?

Clinics are typically scheduled for a mutually agreed upon time Fridays-Sundays during our clinic season, which runs from May through mid-August. Timing and dates are flexible and our staff will work with your community to make the clinic the best experience for your youth. The Twins provide safe, youth-friendly equipment—youth participants are just asked to bring their gloves. If your organization would like to host a clinic in 2025, please visit this page on November 1, 2024 for more details about applying to be a clinic host site in 2025.

All Minnesota Twins Youth Clinicians have passed background checks and the USA Baseball Abuse Awareness for Adults course.
