- There are several independently owned parking facilities located within walking distance of Rogers Centre. Prices and availability are managed by the individual proprietors and are not connected with the Blue Jays organization. - A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available by reservation by calling Rogers Centre parking at 416-341-1000, Option 1 for Ticketing. We kindly note that sales for accessible parking spots ends at 5:00 p.m. the day prior to the event. Callers should have their accessible parking permit number ready when making a reservation. - Blue Jays tickets are delivered digitally and must be scanned in at the gate using a mobile device. Display your ticket at the gate through MLB Ballpark app, your Blue Jays Account Manager, or, if you purchased via ticketmaster.ca, the Ticketmaster app. Visit bluejays.com/tickethelp for more information.
- Rotating (live) barcodes are in effect. Screenshots and paper/PDF tickets will not be accepted for entry. Blue Jays mobile support staff will be available to assist fans as required at the gates.
- Once you have verified your MLB.com login email, your tickets will be viewable on the “Tickets” tab within the MLB Ballpark app.
- Each fan must present their own personal digital game ticket; the ticket purchaser must transfer individual tickets to each guest in their group (exceptions: Outfield District Ticket, minors and those requiring accessible support).
- Blue Jays mobile support staff will be available to assist fans as required.

- The ballpark experience is often one of excitement and cheers! The volume within the ballpark may reach high decibels at certain points throughout an event due to the soundsystem, music, and cheer of the crowd. We recommend those who may be noise sensitive to bring ear protection with them to their event.
- An LED lighting system has been installed and is more energy efficient. At times, there may be rotating flashes or multi-coloured lights cascading throughout the ballpark.
- Visit the Outfield District during your trip to Rogers Centre. With differentiated experiences to fit the unique interests of Blue Jays fans through distinct themes, menu offerings, décor, and vantage points. - In Toronto, particularly in June, July, and August high temperatures may result in Heat Warnings issued by the City. Unless fluids are appropriately replaced, heat related illness may occur. To ensure you are arriving at the ballpark prepared to enjoy the game safely, we encourage fans to bring: sunscreen – 15-50 SP, a hat, sunglasses, a reusable water bottle – under 600ml, non-glass or metal materials. Please note that accessible seating is subject to availability and therefore exchange options may not be available in all price levels. Sensory Bags are available at any Fan Services, located on the 100 Level at Sections 123 and 141, on the 200 Level near Sections 212 and 236 and on the 500 Level near Sections 508 and 532. - 3 multipurpose washrooms (Section 142, 238, 538), and a universal washroom (Section 119) are available at Rogers Centre for guests who prefer a little extra room or privacy. The universal washroom includes a barrier-free toilet and sink, turning space to accommodate a wheeled mobility device, entrance with a power door, grab bars, emergency call system, and an adult size change table.
- Quiet Areas are located at 100L and 200L Gate 3 elevator lobby.
- Although fans with accessible needs may enter Rogers Centre through any open gate, our designated accessible entrance is Gate 7, located on the south side of the building, close to Bremner Boulevard. Fans requiring accessible support are encouraged to enter through Gate 7. LEARN MORE

- Rogers Centre is proud to offer an Infant Feeding Room located at Section 240, across from the Gate 13 elevator. We hope to provide a comfortable experience for you and your most precious Blue Jays fan. Fans are encouraged to use this space in a way that suits them and the amenities available in this space include child changing stations, 4 rocker glider chairs, 2 sinks, air conditioning, bottle warmers, complimentary diapers and baby wipes, disposal bins, and a TV so you will not miss any of the game. - Baby Change Stations have been installed in all of the washrooms throughout Rogers Centre, where possible. For those seeking extra room or privacy beyond our Infant Feeding Room, our Multi-Purpose washrooms are available near Sections 142, 238 and 538.
- The Toronto Blue Jays and Rogers Centre welcome fans with baby strollers and/or wagons, but kindly ask that all strollers or wagons be checked at the nearest Fan Services location to their seats and not stored at the fan’s seat or at the top of the aisle. On weekend games, we kindly ask that all fans ticketed on the 200 and 500 levels store their strollers and/or wagons at our Stroller Valet locations for their ticketed level. These can be found at Section 206 (Gate 3 – Elevator Lobby) and Section 530 Ramp (Sun Ramp). Fans ticketed on the 100 level for weekend games are permitted to store their strollers and/or wagons at the nearest 100 level Fan Services location to their seat.
- Our permanent children’s activation zone can be found at Section 237.
- Rogers Centre is accepting cashless payment only throughout the ballpark.
- Reverse ATMs (cash input to receive pre-loaded cards) are available in Section 110 Jays Shop and at Sections 141 and 508 for fans without a cashless payment option.
- Fans may bring outside food into the ballpark as long as the items are wrapped, bagged, or left inside a container to avoid spillage. Food containers must comply with bag policy (soft-sided and small enough to fit under the seat).
- Plastic bottles and/or cans holding 600ml or less of non-alcoholic beverages are permitted in Rogers Centre. Fans are strictly prohibited from bringing outside alcohol inside Rogers Centre. Glass or metal bottles are not permitted.
- Fans will be asked to remove tops from a bottle(s) or open can(s) prior to entry into the ballpark.
