Ask your mom: how's that former Brewers prospect doing on The Bachelorette?

Former Brewers prospect looks for love on 'The Bachelorette'

For most of the last decade, bored Americans have tuned in to watch gaggles of pretty twentysomethings sell their souls to the devil for a brief glimpse of fame and noteriety while pretending to look for love on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.

The 10th season of The Bachelorette just started, with the masses glued to their TVs as Andi Dorfman sorts through two dozen guys in search of "The One."

One of the contestants on the show this year is Josh Murray, a former prospect in the Brewers system who opted to become a financial advisor after topping out at Class A.

In an effort to cut through the charm and find the hard facts, we talked to one of America's foremost experts on all things The Bachelorette ... my mom.

The Bachelor and The Bachelorette have been appointment television for my mother for years, now, so I shot her a text (she's hip, kind of), to get her thoughts on Josh and his chances with Andi.
