Papi refs Red Sox contest to see who has to ride bus
After the return of baseball, the warm weather and random celebrity appearances, the best thing about Spring Training has got to be the competition.
You've got players battling for spots in lineups and rotations, prospects across the league vying for the attention of fans and coaches alike and, apparently, an intrasquad competition to decide which Red Sox players have to ride a bus to Jupiter, Fla.
Ahead of Sunday's Spring Training Game against the Phillies, the Red Sox players were split into two teams for an agility challenge to see which of them would have to take a bus to Jupiter, Fla., for Tuesday's game against the Marlins at Roger Dean Stadium.
One of the perks of being superstar slugger David Ortiz appears to be that he's exempt from two-and-a-half-hour bus trips, so he served as a referee for the day's competition.

Dustin Pedroia and Hanley Ramirez had better start tracking down an HBOGo password, because it's going to be a long bus ride to Jupiter.
