Rays Minor League team finds huge alligator waiting for them in the visitors' dugout
There's a 9-foot gator in an MiLB dugout in FL
Rally animals have been making themselves known for years now: Be it the #RallySquirrel, the #RallyPossum or the anniversary of the #RallyMonkey. If there's an animal who might tangentially affect the outcome of a baseball game by its mere presence and someone, anyone might fight that animal adorable, we're all about it.
But we have to draw the line somewhere, and -- it turns out -- that that line is somewhere between #RallyPossum and #RallyGator, because the (Port) Charlotte Stone Crabs found a 10-foot gator just chillin' under the bench of the visitors' dugout:

The Stone Crabs are the Class A Advanced affiliate of the Rays and were hosting the Daytona Tortugas at Charlotte Sports Park in Port Charlotte, Fla., for a Florida State League game when they discovered the monster lurking beneath their opponents' bench.

Gator update: Someone from the Charlotte County came to "rustle it up," and the grounds crew drove it to the pond behind thr parking lot.
