Even Ryan Braun is scared of Prince Fielder's power
It's nothing personal, but Ryan Braun didn't want anything to do with the laser home run Prince Fielder hit yesterday at Miller Park.
According to ESPN Stats & Information, Fielder's home run ball traveled at a speed of 119.2 mph off his bat, the highest speed for any home run hit in 2011.
Braun said he's always worried about getting decapitated by a Fielder line drive while standing at first base. Fortunately for him, that didn't happen Sunday. Unfortunately for the Cardinals, it went over the fence instead.
