Dee Gordon is unbelievably speedy. Seriously, he's so fast that it's hard to be convinced he hasn't built some kind of pocket teleporting device and is using it to get to various parts of the infield. Sometimes, even Gordon himself doesn't believe how quick he is.
During Wednesday's game against the Cubs, the Marlins second baseman beat the throw and slid safely into the bag. But he couldn't quite accept that he was that fast and started walking off the field. Chicago's infielders were probably also dealing with some disbelief, but they didn't have any problems suspending it and tagging him out:
