After the Rays broke their losing streak with a win against the Angels on Tuesday, their manager decided to help the local Tampa Bay fans celebrate:

Everybody wearing Rays gear tonight at Legends on 2nd Street in Long Beach gets a free beer. It's our win or weep party.
