Let's just write that, no, who are we kidding, this is USA Today, not the New York Times or Sabermetrics Monthly. The correct answer? "ARM."

DIC refers to Scherzer's characteristic dichromatic eyes. It's certainly a trait unique to him among Major League pitchers, but c'mon, Max. Your arm got you a Cy Young and your eyes got you this:
