Mets fans bring more strange Hunter Pence signs to ballpark
On Sunday, we did a post on the Mets fans who "burned" Hunter Pence with some signage at Citi Field. They really owned him:
OUCH!
On Monday, the guys were back at it -- bringing about 10 different signs to display throughout the afternoon.
And their antics even inspired some copycats in the fifth inning:
But this time, Giants fans responded with some of their own material -- including a lovely cutout of Pence's head:
The right fielder remained unfazed by the fan wars, adding two hits and two runs to his already impressive four-game set at Citi Field. Nothing can break his focus.
