Orioles third-base coach might be made of steel
When the Batman v Superman trailer was released last week, Orioles third-base coach Bobby Dickerson probably watched Henry Cavill's Man of Steel performance and muttered to himself a simple "Pssh." Because Dickerson might actually be made of the steel.
Dickerson was slightly out of the coach's box during the fourth inning of Baltimore's game against the Blue Jays on Tuesday (pulled closer to home with runners on first and second base). At bat was O's catcher Caleb Joseph, who fouled off a pitch directly into Dickerson's back. This is how he responded:
That's the brush-it-off resilience of a man born on Krypton. We're sure of it.
