Pedro Martinez on the 2013 Red Sox: 'They play like a wolfpack'

Red Sox legend-turned-broadcaster Pedro Martinez shared some unique praise for Boston's current squad before Game 2 of the World Series on Thursday.

"They play the game like a wolfpack," the 2004 World Series champion said. "They draw a plan to kill and feed everybody."

Well ... OK. Former teammate Derek Lowe was a little confused himself: "What are we talking about again right now?"

"Because they go after the kill. A little baby animal that's hurt or something like that, the easiest catch," Martinez helpfully explained.

Oh, sure. In the words of Lowe, "Did you guys get all that?"
