Nats mascot works toolbooth outside D.C.
Tollbooths are generally not fun places. But if you were driving on Dulles Toll Road (Route 267) in Northern Virginia on Wednesday, the toll fun factor would've been upped a few antes. Partly because your fee would've been waived, but mostly because you would've been greeted by this lovely face:

The Nationals sent their mascot Screech to pay tolls for commuters entering the far right lane. It's all in honor of the team's #10DaysOfThanks promotion. Here's another shot of the bird in action:
