Randy Johnson is learning to ski on the mountain equivalent of a Randy Johnson fastball

If someone had never swung a bat before, Randy Johnson says he would not throw them one of his famously terrifying fastballs. However, that empathetic principle was apparently not applied to beginner skier Johnson's own choice of slope on Wednesday:

You have to hand it to Johnson for embracing a challenge, even if it's one for which he's ill-prepared. He probably should have thought of the trees, though. Chances are they've never dealt with a 6-foot-10 figure barrelling toward them either.
