Red Sox poet laureate writes poem to Mariano Rivera

Mariano Rivera's last regular-season game at Fenway Park came on Sunday night. And although many Red Sox fans will be happy to see the game's greatest closer leave the AL East, most of them (along with the rest of baseball) can't deny the class, passion and success Rivera has delivered over the past 19 years.

Longtime Sox fan and Fenway Park's unofficial poet laureate Dick Flavin wrote a composition for Mo and the Yankees closer hung it in the dugout. There's no evidence Rivera helped an old lady cross the street, but let's face it, he probably did.
