Jameis Winston knows that baseball heals all wounds
Florida State Seminoles quarterback Jameis Winston lost the first game of his collegiate career Thursday, a 59-20 defeat at the hands of the Oregon Ducks in the Rose Bowl. Luckily, the former Heisman winner knows there's only one thing that can heal after a loss like that:
"I'm just looking forward to baseball," Jameis Winston said. You said it, pal.

In the post-game press conference following the Rose Bowl, Winston succinctly summarized his feelings.
Indeed, Winston is a two-sport athlete at Florida State. When the new year brings an end to his football season, Winston picks up his glove and heads for the diamond, where he pitches and plays outfield for the 'Noles. He had a 1.08 ERA and 31 strikeouts in just 33 1/3 innings last season.
After a less-than-ideal end to his 2014 football season, Winston needs baseball back in his life ASAP.
Now that he mentions it though, "I'm just looking forward to baseball" is a pretty solid life mantra, no matter who you are or what time of the year it is.
