Pirates ballgirl makes fantastic one-hop catch on foul liner

The work of the ballmen and ballwomen of MLB is tough -- not only do they have to cleanly field hard-hit foul balls, but they've got to do it every time without making a mistake. And usually, they toss the ball into the stands or hand it to a kid immediately after the snare, meaning they don't even keep the result of their hard work.

So, when a ball-capturing professional makes a truly great play, a round of applause is always well-deserved.

This catch, from Saturday's Reds-Pirates matchup, is a lot harder than it looks. The Pittsburgh ballgirl stepped in and made the play on a hop without skipping a beat -- and it even got her an ovation from PNC Park:
