Vin Scully hates paper airplanes as much as we love Vin Scully

It's a bird, it's a plane -- oh, it is a plane. Beloved broadcaster Vin Scully was not amused when a fan threw a paper airplane onto the infield at Dodger Stadium in the seventh inning of Friday's battle with the Brewers. As the ump retrieved it, Scully let some truth fly:

I tell you, it seems like a childish thing, a paper airplane. You're out there hitting and a guy's throwing in the mid-90s, and a little white something might distract you? Whoa.

Cut4's affection for Vin Scully is no secret, and as much as we appreciate the occasional paper projectile, we think America's Grandpa is probably in the right on this one.

You hear that, little white somethings? Now go to your room and think about what you've done.
