**NEW POLICIES AND PROCEDURES REGARDING 2021 SPRING TRAINING SEASON**

  • Masks Appropriate masks will be required for all fans aged two (2) and over unless actively eating or drinking in their ticketed seats. Neck gaiters, bandanas and masks with valves are not considered appropriate masks.
  • Practice fields will be closed to all fans
  • No bags will be permitted except for those that are carried for medical reasons or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children
  • No outside food or drink will be permitted except for one (1) unopened bottle of water per person, sized one (1) liter or smaller.
  • Strict social distancing will be enforced at all times
  • No autographs will be signed

  • Camelback Ranch will be cashless at the Homeplate Ticket Office, the primary concession stands, and both stadium retail stores

A-Z Guide

Animals: With the exception of legitimate service animals, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed into the stadium or practice areas.

ATMs: ATMs will not be available for the 2021 Spring Training season due to implementation of mostly cashless environment.

Autographs: To assist in social distancing and the safety of players, personnel, and fans, no autographs will be signed during the 2021 Spring Training Season and seeking autographs will be prohibited on facility grounds.

Banners: Banners will not be hung in fair territory or carried while the game is in progress due to sightline interference. With the approval of the Camelback Ranch - Glendale, Los Angeles Dodgers or Chicago White Sox, signs, or banners, which are not commercial in nature, obscene, or cause a disturbance among other guests, may be displayed in an area other than the field of play.

Backpacks/Bags: See Containers/Coolers

Cameras and Video Cameras: Cameras and video cameras are permitted. Camera tripods are not permitted as they pose a trip hazard.

Capacity: 2,060 seats, 400 lawn (grass hillsides)

Cellular Telephones and Pagers: Cellular telephones and pagers are allowed in the stadium or practice areas provided their use does not interfere with other guest's enjoyment of the game. Free Wi-Fi is available to all fans inside the stadium.

Chairs/Lawn Umbrellas: Lawn chairs and lawn umbrellas are not permitted inside the stadium.

Children's Entry into the Park: Children two (2) years old and under are not required to have a ticket. Any child who enters without a ticket must share a seat with the accompanying adult.

Concessions: All menu items will be served covered or in sealed containers. Popular menu items will be distributed amongst concession stands based on their cooking capabilities. A cashless environment has been implemented with guest facing credit card devices to eliminate handling by associates. Distancing will be achieved with plexiglass and staggered point of sale/registers.

Concourse: Playing catch, running, rollerblading/skating on the concourse is not permitted.

Containers/Coolers: NO bags, including purses, will be allowed to enter. To meet Major League Baseball recommendations, ONLY medical bags and manufactured diaper bags are to be allowed into the stadium. All medical bags and manufactured diaper bags are subject to search. One (1) unopened bottle of water per person, sized one (1) liter or smaller.

COVID-19 AND OTHER INFECTIONS AND/OR COMMUNICABLE DISEASES, VIRUSES, BACTERIA OR ILLNESSES: COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH. AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE REGARDLESS OF PRECAUTIONS THAT MAY BE TAKEN. HOLDER (AS DEFINED BELOW) AGREES TO (1) ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19 AND OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASES, AND (2) COMPLY WITH ALL RELATED HEALTH & SAFETY POLICIES OF THE CHICAGO WHITE SOX, THE LOS ANGELES DODGERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “CLUBS”) AND THE BALLPARK (AS DEFINED BELOW) OWNER/OPERATOR.

Ticket holder, on their behalf and on behalf of any accompanying minor and any other accompanying party for whom ticket holder retains a ticket to attend the Event (as defined below) with ticket holder (each of whom ticket holder represents have authorized ticket holder to act on their behalf in accepting the terms) (“Accompanying Parties”) (collectively, “Holder”), acknowledges and agrees to comply with (1) all relevant policies and protocols issued by the Clubs and/or the owner/operator of Camelback Ranch-Glendale (together with surrounding areas, including parking lots, the “Ballpark”), including, without limitation, any policies and protocols regarding security, bags, fan conduct and health and safety, currently available at CamelbackRanchBaseball.com Health and Safety Page all of which, due to the evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, may continue to be updated from time to time between purchase of this ticket and the date of the game or event governed by the these terms (“Event”), and (2) all current guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and all applicable laws and policies of federal, state, city and local authorities.

FAN HEALTH PROMISE

Holder acknowledges and understands that, if infected with COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease (as defined at the conclusion of this paragraph), Holder may infect others that they may subsequently come in contact with, even if they are not experiencing or displaying any symptoms of illness, and that the risk of exposure to others remains at all times. Accordingly, Holder agrees that Holder will not attend the Event if within fourteen (14) days preceding the Event, they have:

(1) tested positive or presumptively positive for COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease or been identified as a potential carrier of COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease; OR

(2) experienced any symptoms commonly associated with COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease; OR

(3) been in direct contact with or the immediate vicinity of any person who is confirmed or suspected of being infected with COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease.

A “Communicable Disease” as used herein is COVID-19, any strains, variants, or mutations thereof, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19, and/or any other communicable and/or infectious diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses or the causes thereof.

RESALE TERMS AND POD INTEGRITY

Holder agrees to comply with all terms and conditions presented at the time of purchase not specifically enumerated herein, including without limitation (1) terms that mandate or prescribe the quantity of tickets available to be purchased, (2) additional requirements regarding Accompanying Parties, and (3) terms regarding the resale or transfer of tickets.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK RELATED TO COVID-19 AND OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASES

Holder acknowledges and expressly assumes all risks that are in any way related to or arising from being exposed to or contracting COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease in the Ballpark. By using this ticket, Holder is acknowledging and confirming, both now and in the future, that Holder understands and expressly assumes the risk that Holder may be exposed to COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease. Holder expressly understands that these risks include contracting COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease and the associated dangers, medical complications, and physical and mental injuries, both foreseen and unforeseen, that may result from contracting COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease. Holder further acknowledges and understands that any interaction with the general public poses an elevated, inherent risk of being exposed to and contracting Communicable Disease, including, but not limited to, COVID-19, that it cannot be guaranteed that Holder will not be exposed, and that as such, potential exposure to or contraction of COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease are risks inherent in Holder’s decision to use this ticket that cannot be eliminated.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE

HOLDER AND THEIR PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, ASSIGNS, HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN AND ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY THAT MAY BE ENTITLED TO MAKE A CLAIM ON THEIR BEHALF, WAIVES, RELEASES, DISCHARGES, HOLDS HARMLESS, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE THE RELEASED PARTIES (AS DEFINED BELOW) WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM, LIABILITY OR DEMAND OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE, EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, THAT MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH, OR RELATE IN ANY WAY TO, (A) USE OF THIS TICKET, (B) PRESENCE AT THE BALLPARK OR (C) PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT OR ANY RELATED ACTIVITIES ARRANGED, PROMOTED AND/OR SPONSORED BY THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE CLAIMS THAT ARISE AS A RESULT OF: (1) IN WHOLE OR IN PART, THE SOLE, JOINT, OR COMPARATIVE NEGLIGENCE, OR STRICT LIABILITY, OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, AND/OR (2) THE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH VISITING THE BALLPARK, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION (X) ALL CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURIES, WRONGFUL DEATH OR EXPOSURE TO OR CONTRACTION OF COVID-19 OR OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE BY HOLDER OR OTHER INDIVIDUALS EXPOSED TO COVID-19 OR OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE BY HOLDER; AND (Y) ALL CLAIMS IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION OF ANY HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS TO HOLDER. The “Released Parties” shall include, but not be limited to, Camelback Spring Training LLC, Chicago White Sox, Ltd., Los Angeles Dodgers LLC, City of Glendale, AZ, City of Phoenix, AZ, and Western Loop 101 Public Facilities Corporation, an Arizona not for profit municipal corporation. and every director, officer, owner, stockholder, trustee, partner, employee, agent, independent contractor and consultant of each of the foregoing entities (b) the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (“MLBPI”), MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLBAM”), each of the Major League Baseball Clubs (the “Clubs”), The MLB Network, LLC (“MLBN”) and every director, officer, owner, stockholder, trustee, partner, employee, agent, independent contractor and consultant of MLB, MLBPI, MLBAM, the Clubs, MLBN and the respective related entities and members of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “MLB Parties”); (c) the owners and operators of the Ballpark, and event sponsors, contractors, vendors, operators, agencies and advertisers of the MLB Parties and Ballpark; (d) licensees, and retail, concession, broadcast and media partners of the HW Parties and the MLB Parties; (e) press and other media; (f) vendors that may provide testing or medical services; (g) entities and individuals providing accommodation and transportation to or from the Ballpark; (h) other entities and individuals who enter the Ballpark; and (i) the respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related companies and officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, contractors, sub-contractors, insurers, representatives, successors, assigns of each of the foregoing entities and persons.

[FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS] HOLDER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT HOLDER IS FAMILIAR WITH AND DOES HEREBY WAIVE THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 1542 OF THE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE (AND SIMILAR PROVISIONS OF OTHER JURISDICTIONS) WHICH PROVIDES AS FOLLOWS: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”

The acknowledgements and express assumptions of risk, waivers of claims, and releases of liability contained herein are intended to be binding and full waivers of claims and releases of liability and interpreted to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law, including with respect to any controversy, claim or dispute that may arise related to exposure or contraction of COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease. If any part hereof is held to be invalid or legally unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of these terms shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and fully enforceable.

Diaper Bags: Manufactured infant diaper bags are permitted when accompanied by an infant or young child. Must be smaller than 16”x16”x8”. All bags are subject to search.

Dugouts: The Chicago White Sox utilize the dugout on the first base line, while the Los Angeles Dodgers home dugout is on the third base line. Guests are not allowed in or on the dugouts. Violation of this rule is cause for automatic ejection. Food, beverage, and personal items are not permitted atop dugouts.

Electronic Devices: Single-speaker radios and televisions as well as video cameras will be permitted only if they do not interfere with another guest's enjoyment of the game. Tripods are not permitted.

Elevator: An elevator, located behind home plate, is available for suite-level access. To ensure proper social distancing, only four (4) people of the same party may ride the elevator at the same time. Floor decals are located within the elevator to assist in social distancing.

Exit & Re-Entry: Guests are permitted to exit and re-enter the stadium at the home-plate gate only and only after the conclusion of the 1st Inning. Guests must have ticket in-hand for scanning to exit and must present their ticket upon re-entry, as well as go through re-screening for security purposes. Guests attempting to re-enter the facility without a ticket will not be allowed re-entry.

Field Access: Guests are not permitted on the field without the proper credentials. Violation of this policy will result in immediate ejection and/or arrest.

Field Buffer Zone: Under Major League Baseball instruction a 12-foot buffer zone was created around the dugout and bullpen areas, with no fan access to field wall. This buffer zone will be blocked off via bike barricade and/or rope. Access within this buffer zone is strictly prohibited and fans who enter will be subject to ejection.

Forms of Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. No cash accepted.

Foul Balls: Guests are welcome to keep foul balls hit into guest areas only.

Gates Open: Stadium gates open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.

Health Safety and Questionnaire: Camelback Spring Training encourages all fans to be safe and conscientious about coming to a Spring Training game in 2021. Holder acknowledges and understands that, if infected with COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease (as defined at the conclusion of this paragraph), Holder may infect others that they may subsequently come in contact with, even if they are not experiencing or displaying any symptoms of illness, and that the risk of exposure to others remains at all times. Accordingly, Holder agrees that Holder will not attend the Event if within fourteen (14) days preceding the Event, they have:

(1) tested positive or presumptively positive for COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease or been identified as a potential carrier of COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease; OR

(2) experienced any symptoms commonly associated with COVID-19 or other Communicable Disease; OR

Camelback Spring Training reserves the right to deny access or ejection if guests show visible symptoms of COVID-19.

Interference: Guests are not to interfere with a ball in play or interrupt a game in any form. Violations of this rule will result in automatic ejection from the ballpark.

*Lawn Seating: *The lawn is also Pod seating. Specific Pods are reserved. Fans who purchase a two (2) person pod will be seated in the Right Centerfield /Right Field Corner; and fans who purchase a four (4) seat pod will be seated in Left Centerfield/Left Field Corner. Location in each section is generated as best available based on the two (2) or four (4) POD purchase. Guest Service Representatives will be available to direct fans as needed.

Lost Children/Parents: A lost child or parent should be brought immediately to the Guest Relations booth located behind home plate.

Lost and Found: Lost and found items should be brought to the Guest Relations booth located behind home plate.

Masks: Masks must be worn at all times by any attendee aged two (2) and over except when actively eating or drinking in their ticketed seat. Gaiters, bandanas, and masks with valves are not approved masks. Camelback Spring Training reserves the right to deny access and/or ejection for noncompliance.

Paging: The paging system is for emergency announcements only and cannot be used for paging children or other guests.

Parking: Parking is free. Vehicles are parked at the owner's/driver's own risk. Without the approval of Camelback Spring Training, LLC, there is no overnight parking in the stadium or practice-field parking lots.

Permitted Items: The following is a list of items permitted into the stadium on gameday:

  • Baby bag and stroller with baby
  • Baseball and glove (no bats)
  • Binoculars
  • Blankets or towels (no umbrellas)
  • Cameras (no professional equipment)
  • Foam seat cushions (no hard-framed stadium seats)
  • Hand-held electronic devices (no noise-making devices)
  • One (1) unopened bottle of water per person, sized one (1) liter or smaller
  • Video cameras

Prohibited Items: The following is a list of items prohibited in the stadium on gameday:

  • Aerosol cans (including sunscreen, hair spray and mace)
  • Animals (except for certified service animals and service animals in training)
  • Bags (except for manufactured diaper bags and medical bags measuring smaller than 16”x16”x8”, all subject to search)
  • Banners, signs, and flags
  • Beach balls or other inflatables
  • Cans
  • Glass bottles
  • Hard-sided coolers
  • Fireworks
  • Firearms, knives, or other weapons (Pursuant to A.R.S. §4-229)
  • Use of laser devices or pointers
  • Noisemaking devices (including, but not limited to, air horns, cowbells, musical instruments, whistles, boom boxes, vuvuzelas)
  • No outside food or drink (other than One (1) unopened bottle of water per person, sized one (1) liter or smaller)
  • Professional photographic tools or equipment (including tripods, monopods, or lenses longer than 6 inches)
  • Skateboards or rollerblades
  • Smoking including Electronic Cigarettes (only permitted in designated areas in accordance with Smoke-Free Arizona Act A.R.S. §36-601.01)
  • Toy guns or knives (including water guns)
  • Sticks or clubs
  • Umbrellas
  • Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, Drones (Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-8280)
  • Overnight parking (vehicles left on property will be towed at owner's expense)
  • Wagons
  • Wrapped packages

Practice Field Hours: Under Major League Baseball guidance, all access to the practice fields will be closed to the general public for the 2021 Spring Training Season.

Profanity: Profanity will not be tolerated. Any guest using profanity will be asked to cease or leave the stadium. Violations of this rule may be cause for ejection.

Restrooms: Men’s and women’s restrooms are located throughout the facility

Retail: Stadium retail stores will be open daily to all ticket holders.

Scalping of Tickets: Resale of any ticket(s) on Camelback Ranch - Glendale property is illegal.

Smoking: Arizona bans smoking in public places. Guests will not be permitted to smoke in the stadium. Guests must exit the stadium at the home-plate gate to smoke in the designated smoking areas. Violation of this policy may result in arrest or citation. Exit and re-entry may take place only after the conclusion of the 1st inning.

Social Distancing: Camelback Spring Training will enforce six (6) feet of social distancing throughout the stadium. There are social distancing floor decals throughout the stadium to remind guests to adhere to this policy. Fans found to be deliberately breaking this protocol will be subject to ejection.

Standing: Guests are not permitted to stand in areas directly behind the disabled seating areas.

Strollers: Strollers will only be permitted in designated areas of the stadium. The grass berm areas can accommodate strollers. Strollers are not permitted in the seating areas. Unattended strollers are left at the owner's risk.

Tailgating: Tailgating of any type is strictly prohibited for the 2021 Spring Training Season.

Ticketing: The following information is a reference guide to how tickets will be sold for the 2021 Season.

Capacity: Limited capacity for approximately 2,460 guests

Hospitality Areas: Group hospitality areas and rental suites will not be sold in 2021.

Pod Integrity: A minimum of three (3) seats will be “killed” between pods. Seats that are not being sold for the 2021 season will be zip tied and guests caught trying to tamper with zip ties to break pod integrity will be subject to ejection from the stadium.

Pod Seating: Socially distanced pods of two (2), four (4), and six (6) seats within the seating bowl and lawn seating will consist of pods of two (2) and four (4) for guests within the same party.

Season Tickets: No season tickets will be sold for the 2021 season. Season Ticket customers will receive a presale opportunity for the 2021 season.

Ticket Box Office: Will only be open on game-days three (3) hours prior to first pitch. Credit card payments will only be accepted. To assist in social distancing, only two (2) of the four (4) ticket windows will be open, and guests will be encouraged to digitally purchase tickets via a QR code that links to our purchasing page.

Temperature: Typical high temperatures in late February and March average 70-85 degrees.

Throwing Objects: Throwing any object onto the field will result in automatic ejection.

Visual Bag Inspection: Every package, bag or object brought into the stadium or practice areas is subject to a visual inspection. Guests refusing to participate in the visual bag inspection are to be denied access into the stadium.

Weapons: Firearms or other weapons are not allowed in the stadium or practice areas. Violations of this rule will result in automatic ejection and/or arrest by law enforcement.

Refund/Exchange Policy

RAINOUT CANCELLATION

In the event a regulation game (4 ½ innings) is not played due to rainouts or other situations dictated by Major League Baseball, tickets may be either exchanged or refunded. Tickets may be exchanged at the stadium ticket office and the face value of the ticket applied toward any available Spring Training game at Camelback Ranch-Glendale during the same season. To receive a refund, tickets must be returned to the appropriate contact per the original method of purchase by May 1st following the ticket date. COVID-19 POSTPONMENT/CANCELLATION

In the event that a regulation Game is postponed due to COVID-19, a new ticket may be issued for the rescheduled date or a credit may be available. Visit www.camelbackranchbaseball.com for updated information. DO NOT DISCARD THIS TICKET

Specific Stadium Locations

ATM Bank Machine: There are two cash machines located in the ballpark -- one next to the home-plate gate and one next to the center-field gate.

Concession Stands: Located throughout the ballpark.

Elevator: Located behind home plate on the lower concourse.

First-Aid Room: Located behind home plate on the lower concourse.

Guest Relations Booth: Designated for guest information and problem/complaint resolution. Located behind home plate on the main concourse level.

Lost and Found: Guests asking for lost articles should be directed to Guest Relations behind home plate. All lost articles will be turned in to the Stadium Operations office.

Lost Children: All lost children or parents looking for children should be directed to Guest Relations behind home plate.

Novelty Stores: There are two novelty stores located within the ballpark -- one next to the home-plate gate and one next to the center-field gate.

Telephones: There are no pay telephones in the Stadium. There is a telephone at Guest Relations which guests may use in cases of emergency.

Washrooms: Located throughout the ballpark.

Will Call: Team and player will call can be picked up with a photo ID at the Player Will Call Booth adjacent to the Home Plate Ticket Office.

Disabled Guest Information

Parking: Disabled parking and drop-off are available in the lot at the main entrances.

Seating: Wheelchair spaces are located throughout the facility. Companion seating is available for each disabled guest.

Concession Stands: All concession stands throughout the ballpark are accessible to the disabled.

Washrooms: All washrooms are accessible to fans with disabilities. Family restrooms are located at the tops of sections 104, 109, 118 and in the center-field courtyard.

Water Fountains: Water fountains are located throughout the ballpark and are also accessible to the disabled.

Ticket Windows: All ticket windows are located outside the ballpark and are accessible to fans with disabilities.

Accessible Ramp: To access accessible seating for sections 3, 4, 11, 15, 26 and 27, guest may use the accessible ramp located down the third-base line next to section 128.
