Thanks to his daughter, A-Rod's ERA is now sky-high after some baseball in the backyard

In the months since Alex Rodriguez hung up his cleats as a player and began the transition to front-office life with the Yankees (and his new role as a special advisor) he's revealed a lot about post-playing life on social media.
Take, for instance, this post from Wednesday featuring his daughter, Ella, absolutely raking against her dad and his pitching efforts: 

This is the same Ella, you may recall, who wrote an amazing and revealing letter about him for a school assignment back in May. 
Just another day at the office for Mr. Rodriguez.
