Carlos Gomez broke a bat over his knee like it was no big deal

Carlos Gomez plays with a lot of passion -- that much is well-known by mostly everybody familiar with his on-field style.
Sunday night's game between his Astros and the Red Sox was a back-and-forth affair that the Sox won in 12 innings, 7-5, but along the way Gomez expressed some major frustration at the plate.
With runners on base against Boston lefty Henry Owens in the third inning, Gomez struck out on a well-located changeup and took out his aggression on the bat -- breaking it in half with ease over his leg:

It takes a lot of strength to break a bat like that, so … well done, Carlos. Add him to the list of players that can pull off pretty convincing Bo Jackson impressions.
