Carter Capps' 'One Last Breath' and four other Creed songs perfect for offseason workouts

Here is a very intense video of Carter Capps lifting a lot of weights, working on those hops of his and wearing a mask that looks like something Kylo Ren might wear in the next Star Wars movie, all while listening to Creed's "One Last Breath."

We have a suggestion, however. While "One Last Breath" is a fine choice for a workout jam, we think there is a more appropriate Creed song for Capps' routine. When box jumping 3 1/2 feet in the air, why not listen to Creed's "Higher"?

"Higher" is an excellent workout song, because "Can you take me higher?" isn't just a rhetorical question -- it could be a request to jump higher, as in Capps' case, or a request to lift weights higher into the air, or a more general "Can we reach a higher level of physical fitness?" "Higher" was basically made for the weightroom.
In fact, there are a number of cuts from Creed's discography that could soundtrack the gym. So, while we're on the subject, here are the 5 best Creed songs for MLB offseason workouts.
5. "One Last Breath"
Capps' choice is a good one, because if you're not out of breath at the end of your workout, you're doing it wrong.
4. "What's This Life For?"
A: Getting swole for the season.

3. "Higher"
For the aforementioned reasons.
2. "With Arms Wide Open"
Particularly when doing chest flies.

1. "Are You Ready?"
