Jon Niese is back in New York, but unfortunately Neil Walker is now living in his apartment

From 2008-15 (his entire career), Jon Niese was on the Mets. He didn't know another team or city and right before the postseason, he decided to sign a one-year lease on an apartment in New York City.
Well, on Dec. 9, just a few months into the lease, Niese was traded to the Pirates for Neil Walker. Niese let Walker sublet his place, but now, as of Monday, the pitcher is back in New York ... without a home.
Asked what he'll do, Niese says he doesn't plan on kicking Walker out of his apartment and, according to MLB.com's Anthony DiComo, he knows the second baseman's probably been a great tenant:
"Knowing the type of guy Neil is," Niese said, "I highly doubt that he's trashed it."
That's great and all, but more importantly, DOES ANYBODY HAVE A ROOM FOR JONATHAN NIESE? Maybe Wil Myershas something available in Manhattan.
