After a HBP, Jose Altuve took vengeance by homering off the Marlins home run sculpture

Monday night's 7-2 Astros victory in Miami didn't get off to the smoothest of starts for All-Star second baseman José Altuve. In the top of the first inning, the Marlins' Dan Straily delivered a fastball straight to his arm, and he went down in pain.

Altuve was already smarting from leaving Sunday night's game against the Yankees early, and this was already his third plunking of the season (almost half as many as he had in all of 2016).
Thankfully for the Astros, Altuve was able to stay in the game. "At the moment, I felt it," said Altuve to MLB.com's Glenn Sattell, "but then [the pain] went away and I was able to swing the bat."
Even better, his performance at the plate was hardly affected. He notched an RBI single in the top of the seventh to score George Springer, and an inning later, he delivered the ultimate revenge with Dustin McGowan on the mound. 

Yes, Altuve is now guilty of property damage at Marlins Park thanks to a dinger in home run sculpture territory -- normally exclusive to the likes of Giancarlo Stanton.
