Justin Verlander and Kate Upton revealed their new baby daughter, Genevieve, to the world

The past calendar year or so has treated Justin Verlander very well -- in early November, 2017, he won his first World Series with the Astros, married Kate Upton three days later (in Italy, no less) and in July, they revealed that their first baby was on the way. 
Well, we can now report that one of baseball's preeminent power couples has added a new member to its ranks -- as Genevieve Upton Verlander was born on Nov. 7. Both parents shared heartwarming photos on Instagram welcoming their daughter to the world:
