This Little Leaguer heard his coach say to run home, but he decided to do it at his own pace

At its earliest stage, Little League baseball is more about instruction than competition -- getting kids comfortable on the diamond, teaching them the ins and outs of the game and, most important, having lots of fun. Which was all the coach in the video below was trying to do: He wanted his runner on third base to run home and score.
The runner ... applied that advice in his own unique way:

Not only did he immediately break into his best slow-motion-dramatic-turn-away-from-an-exploding-building-in-an-action-movie impression, but he kept on going even when his coach pointed out that he could maybe run a little faster. We'll be looking to make this new technique mandatory at the next meeting of MLB's Playing Rules Committee.
