The Phillies honored 103-year-old fan Catalina Rolon by giving her a personalized jersey

Before the Phillies began the second game of their doubleheader on Thursday against the Mets, they paid tribute to one of their most loyal fans. Catalina Rolon moved from Puerto Rico to north Philadelphia in 1955 to become a social worker and quickly became a devoted supporter of the Phillies, rarely missing a broadcast. At age 103, she's seen them all -- Rhys Hoskins, Jimmy Rollins, Mike Schmidt, Johnny Callison, you name it.
Rolon was given a special, customized jersey, and she and her family were joined on the field by Phillies reliever Luis García, who was a surprise guest. As you can see, Rolon was delighted to meet him:

Those kinds of smiles can light up a room -- or in this case, a ballpark.
It was a special moment for the Rolons.
