Spring Training is kicking into gear ... and it's already getting weird

Baseball is back! Well, almost -- the actual season may still be a few months away, but in Florida and Arizona, pitchers, catchers and some position players are dragging us out of the long, cold winter. We'd say Spring Training is business as usual … except that would be an utter lie, because many clubs are taking the opportunity to get a little weird.
After all, it's time to experiment, right? That's got to be why the Yankees are trying out this workout that seems to involve just running up one small hill:

We assume they all rolled down it afterward, giggling the whole time.
At Red Sox Spring Training, David Price brought a little buddy onto the field:

David Ortiz was just casually zooming around on a golf cart with Luis Tiant and Jim Rice:

Hopefully they didn't let Mookie Betts anywhere near it.
Over in Lakeland, Fla., the Tigers catchers invented a new way to play catch. Instead of just throwing the ball, you throw the glove too:

Apparently "making an amazing breakfast from scratch" is part of the Mets' workout:

Let's check in on the Giants! Oh, look, Hunter Pence has a pig for some reason:

And he's wearing a shirt covered in tiny Batman logos:

The Brewers, meanwhile, are just telling jokes:

And the D-backs are letting their relievers take BP:

How are the Blue Jays keeping it weird? Well, it is pretty strange that Jose Bautista kept hold of his bat after hitting a home run:
