Yes, that's Frazier standing at shortstop with Derek Jeter. Just days prior, he had won the 1998 Little League World Series with his Toms River, N.J., team, and they were honored on the field at the old Yankee Stadium.
During Jeter's final season in 2014, the two got to face each other at the All-Star Game in Minneapolis, and since Frazier's Reds opened the second half on the road against the Yankees, he was asked to help present Cincinnati's gift to him:
