Joc Pederson is working out in the Pacific Ocean while spending his holidays in Hawaii

Pretend you're Adrian Gonzalez. You wake up Monday morning planning to spend your Boxing Day relaxing on the couch and/or plotting revenge for next year's ugly Christmas sweater contest. But then Joc Pederson, taking a break from his beautiful island vistas, calls you out on Instagram with a video of his very Hawaiian workout:
Yes, Pederson's holiday workout involves sprinting in from the Pacific Ocean while carrying giant rocks. A-Gon's involves ... well, not that:

To be fair, Joc did have to lose all that weight he put on to play Santa Claus somehow:
