Watch Yoan Moncada's son impersonate Hawk Harrelson's call of his dad's first MLB homer
As the No. 1 overall prospect in baseball, there was a lot of excitement when the White Sox called up Yoan Moncada to make his South Side debut.
When he hit his first big league home run on Wednesday night, there was even more:
Legendary White Sox announcer Hawk Harrelson called that first dinger, inspiring Moncada's young son, Robinson, to do the most adorable thing possible: He gave his own version of the classic "You can put it on the board ... YES!"
We can only hope that we'll soon get youthful renditions of "This ball game is OVAH" and other Hawk-isms soon.
