Guest Code of Conduct Policy

loanDepot park continually strives to create a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits the ballpark. Each Guest will be treated in a first class, professional and courteous manner by all Team Members. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that will ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Guests are not permitted to:

• Consume alcoholic beverages in an irresponsible manner
• Enter the field of play or interfere with the ball while in play
• Fight, taunt or make threatening remarks or gestures
• Throw liquids or objects onto the field or anywhere inside the ballpark
• Use derogatory and/or betting-related language whether such language is directed at players, players’ family members, Club personnel, umpires or other Guests
• Use tobacco products including vaping and e-cigarettes
• Any other action deemed dangerous, inappropriate or disruptive to the enjoyment of other Guests(s) and/or Team Member(s)

All Guests MUST sit in their assigned seat and be prepared to show their ticket to an usher or Team Member upon request.

Violation of this Guest Code of Conduct may result in immediate ejection, citation, arrest, or further legal consequences.

Bag Policy

• Clear bags are permitted, cannot exceed 16”x16”x8” in size and must be plastic, vinyl, or PVC material. Exceptions will be made for small clutches no larger than 6”x8” and bags for medical or infant purposes.
• loanDepot park reserves the right to thoroughly inspect approved bags, clothing, or other articles prior to entry into the ballpark. loanDepot park may prohibit entry to any Guest or require removal of any items at their sole discretion.
• Bag lockers will be available for purchase on-site, located at the north and south sides of the ballpark.

Such items will be prohibited from being brought into the ballpark. Guests arriving by mass transit or ride share should take particular care not to bring any prohibited items, as no exceptions will be made.

Banners, Signs & Flags

loanDepot park welcomes banners, signs, and flags that celebrate the game of baseball, baseball players, and national heritage.

This policy is to guarantee visibility during the game and limit distractions. Any banner or sign may be removed at the sole discretion of loanDepot park officials, and loanDepot park management reserves the right to restrict the presence of banners, signs, and flags in specific areas of the ballpark. Any banner, sign or flag used in a disruptive manner or inciting or disrupting other guests will be removed.

Instrument Guidelines

At loanDepot park, approved musical instruments are not only permitted, but are encouraged throughout the ballpark! Fans are asked to follow the below guidelines in accordance with ballpark and World Baseball Classic policies.

• Instrument cases are not permitted upon entry.
• Instruments may only be played in seating areas during the game.
• Instruments can only be played on the concourses during pregame and postgame.
• Instrument use may not interfere with gameplay or other guests’ enjoyment of the game.
• The cowbell percussion instrument is permitted, but additional cowbell styles may be denied entry

loanDepot park and World Baseball Classic reserve the right to deny entry to any instruments at their sole discretion.

The Fan Zone will be activated before and after games with everything fans need to get ready for the World Baseball Classic.
