Aug. 4: Hits line-drive home run
Bobby Witt Jr. went 3-for-5 for Triple-A Omaha on Wednesday. The loaded box score included Witt's 21st homer of the year and his fifth in just 14 games with the Storm Chasers. After a slow couple of weeks to begin the season, Witt is batting .320 with a 1.026 OPS in his past 62 games split between Double-A and Triple-A. Gameday »

Aug. 3: Smacks three-run homer in extras
Bobby Witt Jr. slipped into a mini 1-for-15 slump over the past few games, but the Royals' top prospect didn't let it reach 16 at-bats and blasted a three-run homer in extra innings. Witt went 1-for-5 for Triple-A Omaha, adding a walk and a run scored prior to his 11th-inning dinger. Bobby Witt Jr. was unable to string together a pair of successful at-bats on Sunday, going 0-for-4 with a walk for Triple-A Omaha. July 29: Doubles and scores in win
Bobby Witt Jr. can not stop hitting for Triple-A Omaha, as the No. 7 overall prospect smacked a double and scored a run in the Storm Chasers' win over Toledo. Witt ended the night 1-for-5 and now has four extra-base hits over the past four games. July 28: Does a little bit of everything
Bobby Witt Jr. singled, scored twice, walked and stole a base in a wild 14-12 victory for Triple-A Omaha on Wednesday. Although Witt didn't homer for a third consecutive game, he reminded everyone that he's much more than a good hitter. The stolen base was his 15th of the season. Someone call the fire department because Bobby Witt Jr. is flaming hot. Baseball's No. 7 overall prospect continued to give Triple-A pitchers nightmares on Tuesday, as he went 2-for-4 with a home run and an RBI double.
