Fantastic! We are thrilled you’re interested in joining our roster. Before you complete this application, please review the key differences between Level 1 and Level 2 programs. Organizations are eligible to apply for both if they have the capacity and a clear plan for leading both levels.

Level 1

What it is: A short introduction to baseball or softball that gives kids the chance to try the game in a safe environment.

Who is it ideal for: Organizations that are running 1-2 week long sessions for day camps that can easily integrate baseball/softball as one of the rotational activities.

Number of hours required per kid: 5 hours minimum.

Administrative requirements: Sign a partnership agreement (with two signing authorities), submit an end-of-program report.

Benefits: Receive a coach kit, an equipment kit, prize pack (with some Toronto Blue Jays t-shirts, hats and prizing), small financial grant if essential for running the program.

When: Programs can run in the summer (between June and August), or in the fall (September and October).

Level 2

What is it: A longer term opportunity for kids to play on a baseball/softball team focused on inclusion and belonging.

Who is it ideal for: Organizations that have the capacity to run 16 hours of programming over several weeks for a consistent group of kids.

Number of hours per kid: 16+ hours.

Administrative requirements: Sign a partnership agreement (with two signing authorities), submit a mid-point program report.

Benefits: Receive a coach kit, an equipment kit, t-shits/hats for your athletes, small financial grant if essential for running the program.

When: Programs can run in the summer (between June and August), or in the fall (September and October).
