Manager, Lotteries: (Full-time) This role ensures Jays Care’s raffle division runs flawlessly and delivers maximum revenue, impact, and customer satisfaction. This role manages in-stadium operations, raffle licensing and compliance, prize procurement, customer service, website execution, and data-driven optimization. This is a highly cross-functional, high-visibility role with meaningful ownership of one of Jays Care’s most important revenue engines.

RBI Spring Baseball Coach: (Part-time, 4-month contract) Will lead our 11-week inclusive baseball/softball afterschool program in schools across Toronto. Coaches are responsible for preparing and leading weekly practices and games that focus on promoting belonging and connection, are inclusive and use variations to keep all students included.
RBI Summer Edition, Site Manager: A summer seasonal role (part-time training and preparatory work March/April/May, full-time June to mid-August) to serve as part of the program leadership team of RBI SE. The ideal candidate has significant experience in planning and leading experiential programming for youth and is comfortable with integrating baseball. Working at one of our 8 program sites in Toronto, they will be tasked with coordinating all aspects of program operation at a site with 200 child participants and 50 staff, including staff supervision, supply management and program quality.
RBI Summer Edition, Site Administrator: A summer seasonal role (part-time training and preparatory work March/April/May, full-time June to mid-August) managing the logistics and communication needs of our summer program. The ideal candidate has experience with in-person, telephone, and digital communication methods with a variety of stakeholders. Working at one of our 8 program sites in Toronto, they will be responsible for day-to-day communication with participant families, third-party program support, and site staff.
RBI Summer Edition, Program Director: A summer seasonal role (part-time training and preparatory work March/April/May, full-time June to mid-August) to create and lead engaging programming for children aged 6-13. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience creating an experiential curriculum for kids that encompasses arts, sports, and community-building. Working at one of our 8 program sites in Toronto, they will be responsible for drafting dynamic activity plans that will incorporate baseball into all facets of the camp program.
RBI Summer Edition, Supervisor: A summer seasonal role (part-time training and preparatory work March/April/May, full-time June to mid-August) to join a program site management team. The ideal candidate has previous youth programming experience (camp, clubs, teams) and is comfortable working alongside children, staff, and families. Working at one of our 8 program sites in Toronto, they will be responsible for overseeing program facilitation, staff leadership development, and participant behaviour management.
RBI Summer Edition, Activity Leader: A summer seasonal role as a front-line activity instructor for youth aged 6-13, leading engaging programming for groups of 20 campers at a time. The ideal candidate has at least completed high school by the start of the program and has great experience working with kids in a camp or after-school setting and has a passion for being active and outdoors.
RBI Summer Edition, Coach: A summer seasonal role as a front-line activity leader and mentor for up to 20 youth participants. The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old and has great experience working with kids in a camp or after-school setting and has a passion for being active and outdoors. Working at one of our 8 program sites in Toronto, they will be responsible for leading our summer programming and day-to-day camper care and supervision.
RBI Summer Edition, Assistant Coach: A summer seasonal role as a front-line activity leader and mentor for up to 20 youth participants. The ideal candidate must be at least 16 years old and has some experience working with kids and has an interest in developing leadership skills. Working at one of our 8 program sites in Toronto, they will be responsible for assisting in summer programming and day-to-day camper care and supervision.
RBI Summer Edition, Inclusion Coach: This is a summer seasonal role, beginning in late June with 1 week of paid training, followed by 7 weeks of camp program implementation. The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old and has meaningful experience working with youth who are living with a disability, including but not limited challenges related to hearing, vision, learning, mental health and emotional regulation. Preference given to those with prior summer camp or after-school program experience. Working at one of our 8 program sites in Toronto, the successful candidate will clearly demonstrate empathy and passion for working with youth.
