GIRLS AT BAT COORDINATOR: A 5-month, full-time position supporting girl-centered baseball/softball programing that builds belonging for anyone identifying as a girl facing barriers to sport participation. The ideal candidate has baseball or softball experience or knowledge and is creative, adaptable, detail oriented, and ready to learn. Reports to the Gender Equity Specialist (Contract duration: May 1, 2022 - September 1, 2022).

Rookie League Camp Supervisors: This summer full-time leadership role brings the magic of camp to underserved youth living in Toronto Community Housing. You’ll be responsible for managing Camp Directors and Inclusion Camp Leaders, with the goal of delivering the best summer experience for youth! Reports to the Urban Programs Specialist (Contract duration: May 2, 2022 – August 31, 2022).

Rookie League Camp Directors: This full-time summer position is integral to delivering exceptional summer camp experiences to underserved youth living in Toronto Community Housing. Must be creative, energetic, and known for helping kids be their best! Reports to the Rookie League Camp Supervisor, and responsible for being a mentor to 2-3 staff (Contract duration: June 6, 2022 – August 19, 2022).

Rookie League Inclusion Camp Leaders: This full-time summer position is all about creating inclusive spaces that support children living with disabilities in a camp setting. Reports to the Rookie League Camp Supervisor (Contract duration: June 6, 2022 – August 19, 2022).

Urban Programs Logistic and Delivery Leader: This full-time summer role is responsible for delivering joy and happiness to youth facing barriers across Toronto. Must have a valid G-class license and a talent for logistics! Reports to the Urban Programs Manager (Contract duration: June 6, 2022 – August 19, 2022).
