Field Of Dreams made possible by TD is Jays Care's granting program that provides funding to design, refurbish and build local baseball and softball diamonds in communities across the country. Field Of Dreams diamonds are created to be safe and inclusive spaces where communities can connect, and kids can grow. Jays Care has proudly invested nearly $24 million into more than 270 Field Of Dreams diamonds across 10 provinces and two territories.

The Field Of Dreams program will continue in 2027 and beyond as an important part of our commitment to supporting communities and growing baseball and softball across the country. As we look ahead, Jays Care is refining the program to enhance the experience for applicants and maximize the impact of future investments.
Information about the 2027 granting cycle and opportunities for organizations interested in future Field Of Dreams funding will be released in late 2026.
