A day before Game 3, Alex Bregman posted a video of Astros going back-to-back-to-back off Nathan Eovaldi

There may not have been an ALCS game between the Astros and Red Sox on Monday, but there was plenty of competitive fire anyway.
With the series tied at a game apiece and Game 3 set for Houston tonight, Alex Bregman wanted to spend some of his off-day watching video tape -- as players do for research, after all.
His video of choice? Replays from a game back on June 20 in which he, George Springer and José Altuve hit back-to-back-to-back homers off Game 3 starter Nathan Eovaldi at Minute Maid Park:

Bregman has since deleted the Instagram video, but the internet keeps receipts, as they say. This led to an amusing sequence during Astros manager AJ Hinch's media session on Monday, as he was asked by a reporter about Bregman's post.
Admitting this was the first time in his career he's been asked a question involving the word "trolling," Hinch said he had no issues with the video, as you'll see in full in the clip atop this post.
"We want guys to have their personalities, have their fun ... but you gotta go out there and back it up," said Hinch. "But this is all-in-fun banter, competition. We're playing a baseball game against a really good team in front of millions and millions of people. Let your personality shine a little bit."
That shouldn't be hard for Bregman ... just saying.

For what it's worth, Eovaldi (who doesn't use social media) was unaware of the video but said he didn't really care when told about it. Red Sox manager Alex Cora also wasn't aware of it when he was asked during his media session.
This is the latest bit of American League postseason rivalry in the past couple of weeks -- coming shortly after Aaron Judgeplayed "New York, New York" while leaving Fenway Park after an ALDS win and the Red Sox, in turn, opted to play the same song after clinching the series with a Game 4 victory.
